Join us for an Asian inspired banquet, highlighting the best of our local seasonal produce at the Port Arthur Historic Site Visitor Centre.

$70 per head includes 3 course meal.

Entree plate

Warm Peking duck steamed bun

House made vegetable spring roll

chicken san choy bau

Main (shared platters)

Prawn and cashew stir fry

Sticky pork belly

Salt and pepper fish with fried garlic scapes

Beef, vermicelli noodle and chili salad

Steamed rice

Greens with oyster sauce

Fortune cookies/prawn crackers

Lemongrass, coconut and lime panna cotta with pineapple/maple salsa
