Meet the people behind McHenry Distillery
and savour a dram of special Estate releases of McHenry Single Malt
that are not commercially available, along with whisky from Japan and
Scotland. Enjoy a 5 course meal prepared by 1830 Restaurant and Bar,
each course paired with a different whisky. Listen to the stories that
connect these fabulous spirits from around the world and take the
memories of the night with you on your journey.
IMPORTANT: If you would like to use the bus service please select the
bus ticket in addition to your dinner ticket. The bus will leave Hobart
from the bus stop at the Grand Chancellor Hotel at 4.30pm. It will
arrive back in Hobart around 10.30pm at the same location.
